Updates a tag globally for task templates.

Updates a tag globally for task templates. The renamed or merged tag is applied to matching task templates.

Required Permissions
The user must be an admin or have task-manage-config:write permissions.

Request

The model containing the tag updates.

The old name of the tag.

If true, merge the tags if they already exist. If false, throw an error if the tag already exists.
