API v1 ReferenceTask Template Tags

Adds a batch of tags to the task template with the specified id.

The request fails if one of the tags is invalid (e.g. empty or duplicate). <Check title="Required Permissions" icon="key">The user must be an admin or have `task-manage-config:write` permissions.</Check>
