Deletes the specified task list.

Deletes the specified task list and removes its task assignments.

The user must have project-planning-data:manage permission for the project.

Whether all tasks in this list should be deleted. If false or not set, the tasks will just be removed from the list.

Whether all times related to tasks in this list should be deleted. False by default.
