API v1 ReferenceFilters

Updates the access level of an explicit filter contributor.

Updating a filter contributor changes that contributor's explicit access level for the filter. The contributor entry must belong to the specified filter. <Check title="Required Permissions" icon="key">The user must have at least `manage` permissions for the specified filter.</Check>
