API v1 ReferenceTask Lists

Creates a new task list.

To create a new project task list, the user needs manage permissions on the project-planning-data feature. For a private task list no permissions are required.

True if the task in this list will be not visible for external workspace users. False otherwise. If null, no change will be made.

The order of the list.
